1 / How was your passion for jewelry born? Why have you created your brand?
After 15 years in the world of jewelry and fine watchmaking and 5 years in fashion, the desire to create has always been there. For me the jewel sets the tone, the chic to an outfit. Like the perfume, it fits in the character and appearance of a woman.
2 / What does the name of your brand, 4 Crosses, mean?
The number 4 is my lucky number, and the cross (without any religious connotation) is for me a sign of balance. There are 4 branches to a cross and a cross appears in the 4 ... No chance!
3 / How do you describe your universe?
The universe of 4 Crosses revolves around 2 lines of collection. The Epure collection with neutral and elegant jewels, then the Vintage collection for jewelry as legacy.
4/ What are the materials you work or prefer to work?
The jewelry by 4 Crosses are made in my Parisian workshops and gilded with fine gold 24ct.
5 / What are your core sources of inspiration?
I am very sensitive to femininity. I often sit at a coffee terrace and watch the women.
Paris also has a very important place. I like to breathe it and discover it.
I also need to see exhibitions, movies, read and especially dance. Anything that arouses emotion in me is inspiring to me.
6 / What do you like the most in your job today?
The creation is obviously the essential part of my job, but I also like the contact with my charming ambassadresses. That’s why I opened with a talented creative (Bison Paris, DO Paris and Isabelle Farrugia), a showroom in the 16th arrondissement.
7 / You create jewels, but what pieces never leave you?
My alliance with black diamonds, and for my indispensable 4 Crosses, my medal LOVELY (engraved in my initials) and I always wear a pair of earrings (Opera, Eden or Creoles 4) and a cuff (Bird, Maelle or Swan). I never go out without jewelry.
