1. When will I receive my box?
For monthly subscribers, boxes are shipped on the 10th of the month. We do additional shipments on the 20th and last day of the month for new subscribers and marketplace orders. You should receive your box within 14 days, depending on your location. If you have not received your box within the expected timeframe, contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. When should I expect to be charged ?
Monthly subscribers are billed on the 10th of the month when your order ships. New subscribers and marketplace orders are billed within two business days.
3. I didn’t receive my box. What should I do?
If you have not received your box within the timeframe noted above, please contact our customer service team by email at email@example.com.
4. How can I unsubscribe ?
To unsubscribe, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your subscription will be cancelled starting with the month following the receipt of your email.
5. What is the deadline to order this month’s box?
You can order the current box through the last day of the month. For example, the February box can be ordered through February 31st. If you miss the deadline for a particular piece you want, simply go to the “Previous Boxes” collection of our website to order the piece.
6. Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email after I created my account and/or placed my order?
We suggest you to check your spam or junk email boxes. If you still cannot find the confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com.
7. How can I apply my 20% off discount on online shop purchases as a subscriber?
