1-When will I receive my box?

Your box will be shipped from our warehouse the first week of each month. Then, you will receive your box at your doorstep between the 5th and the 15th of the following month (depending on your location). For any delay, feel free to contact us by email at support@emma-chloe.com.

2- When should I expect to be charged ?

After subscribing or ordering a product on our online shop, you will be charged within 2 days following the purchase date. If you choose a subscription, you will be charged every month.

3- I didn’t receive my box.. How can I track my order?

You have until the 15th of the month to receive your box. If you didn’t receive it, please contact directly our customer service by email at support@emma-chloe.com.

4- How can I unsubscribe ?

To unsubscribe, you just need to send us an email at support@emma-chloe.com before the end of your subscription.

5- What is the deadline to order the new box?

You can order your new box until the end of each month. If you order after this date, you will receive the box of the following month.

6- Why didn’t I receive any confirmation email after created my account or after ordering?

We suggest you to check your spam or undesirable email boxes. If you still can't find it, please contact us by email at support@emma-chloe.com.

7- What are my advantages as a subscriber?                                                       

As a subscriber, you can get a 20% on our online shop during your subscription.

8- What do I earn if I refer friend(s)?                                                                   

Each time you refer a friend with your promo code, you offer her a $15 voucher to be spent only on our shop (box not included). After sending your referral links, if one of your friends made a purchase, you will receive a $15 voucher for your next shopping on our shop.

9- Can I combine vouchers I earned thanks to the referral program?                                                   

It is possible to combine your $15 vouchers thanks to the referral program. They will be automatically added in your Emma & Chloé account. The more, the merrier!
